An item may be returned if the item has not been worn and may be exchanged up to 15 days from the date of delivery. The Item must be in unused condition with all tags still attached if sent back. If a refund is requested please allow 5-10 business days for us to review and process the request. Any items that are received back not in the original and unused condition such as, items with pet hair, make up, strong perfume, other odors, etc... will not be refunded or used for store credit. Items received after 15 days will be refunded as store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If there is a clothing malfunction please send us photos and a detailed description of what happened so we can start an exchange or store credit process. Items damaged due to personal error or negligence will not be refunded or exchanged.
